Elios: Canadian-Designed,
Contractor Focused HVAC Solutions

Created by The Master Group in 2018, Elios was developed with today’s contractor in mind.

Built to deliver dependable, practical HVAC solutions without unnecessary complexity, Elios offers equipment that’s easy to quote, install, service, and support. Backed by Master’s nationwide HVAC-R distribution network and deep industry expertise, Elios provides strong value for everyday residential, light commercial, and multi-family projects.

Today, the brand continues to grow as a trusted Canadian brand offering dependable heat pumps, tankless water heaters, and applied solutions designed for current HVAC environments.

Built for the Realities of Canadian HVAC

Elios was created to fill an important gap in the Canadian HVAC market: dependable, efficient equipment that delivers practical value while remaining accessible and well-supported.

While the market offered premium systems on one side and low-support alternatives on the other, Elios was designed to provide contractors with a more straightforward, contractor-friendly solution backed by real HVAC expertise.

From the beginning, the goal was simple: create HVAC products that make life easier for contractors and deliver reliable comfort for homeowners, builders, and property managers alike. The brand continues to expand while staying true to its original purpose—offering practical comfort, water heating, and applied solutions designed for Canadian projects and conditions.

Elios launched in 2018 with Elios Comfort—a lineup of heat pumps and comfort solutions designed for everyday residential and light commercial applications. Since then, the brand has continued expanding to meet evolving contractor and market needs.

The addition of Elios Applied introduced commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, including the Cold Climate Heat Pump, which is designed forelectrified cold climate high efficiency applications. More recently, the launch of the first Elios tankless water heater marked the brand’s expansion into hydronics under the Elios H2O brand.

Looking ahead, Elios plans to continue expanding its product categories while remaining contractor-focused, accessible, and built for real-world applications.
